EcoSourcen was founded more than 20 years ago as a subsidiary of the Cordeel Group (€925 million turnover), responsible for all innovation and intellectual property in the field of construction and energy for the Group. Since 2023, EcoSourcen has been fully independent of the Cordeel Group and is focused on the energy transition. EcoSourcen believes that the transition to renewable energy, combined with growing electricity demand, is only possible with the help of sustainable energy storage and generation systems at the residential and industrial level to mitigate intermittent generation and ensure smooth operation of grids. Therefore, EcoSourcen focuses on creating, producing and integrating sustainable and economically viable solutions for energy production and storage based on ingenious research and development and strong partnerships. EcoSourcen is a fast-growing company with currently 30 direct or indirect employees in Belgium and the Czech Republic and generated an EBITDA of €3.5 million in 2023. EcoSourcen, through its subsidiary ES Integrations, has 2 main business activities: Sales and integration of energy transition solutions to large corporations, network providers and institutions. We provide solutions that enable our customers to reduce their energy costs and their carbon footprint. Development, production and commercialization of ES Flow: residential and industrial energy storage battery based on Vanadium Redox Flow technology.
2. Job Description
ES Integrations is looking for a French-speaking, passionate salesperson with experience and/or strong interest in the energy and energy transition or electricity sector. As ES Integrations Sales Manager South, you are the main contact for our large B2B customers in French-speaking Belgium. Based on each client’s situation and needs, you will:
- Advise clients in their energy transition, both in terms of generation and storage
- Selecting the products and solutions that lead to the ideal energy transition: Vanadium Redox Flow batteries, Lithium batteries, PV, charging stations, hydrogen solutions, wind turbines, …
- Help finance the projects and increase their returns thanks to energy transaction services

3. Who are we looking for?
- French-speaking sales professional
- Speaks Dutch and English is a plus
- 5 to 10 years of experience
- Good understanding of the energy sector
- Knowledge of electricity
- Independent and flexible
- Willing to work in a growing company
- Driving License
