EcoSourcen has been established more than 20 years ago, as a subsidiary of the Group Cordeel, in charge of all the innovation and intellectual property on construction and energy subjects for the Group.

Since 2023, EcoSourcen is fully independent of the Group Cordeel.

ES Integrations is the subsidiary of EcoSourcen focusing on energy solutions.

ES Integrations believes that the transition to renewable energy combined with a growth in electricity needs can only be made with the help of sustainable energy storage & production solutions at residential and industrial level in order to smooth out the intermittency of production and guarantee the smooth operation of the networks.

As a result, ES Integrations focuses on create, produce and integrate sustainable and economically viable solutions for the production and storage of energy based on ingenious R&D and strong partnerships.

ES Integrations is unique on the market because we are not only offering ultra-modern energy storage and production systems but especially because we combine it with energy trading services which drastically decreases de pay-back time and significantly increases the return.

ES Integrations has 2 main business lines :

  • Sales and integrations of energy transition solutions to big companies, network providers and institutions. We provide solutions that enables our customers to decrease their energy cost and their carbon footprint.
  • Development, production and commercialization of ES Flow : residential and industrial energy storage battery based on Vanadium Redox Flow technology.

EcoSourcen is a fast growing company with currently 30 direct or indirect employees located in Belgium and Czech Republic and generated an EBITDA of 3,5 million € in 2023.

2. Job description

ES Integrations is looking for a passionate Account Manager with experience and / or high interest in the energy and energy transition or electricity sector.

As ES Integrations Account Manager, you will be in charge of developing ES Integrations in Belgium :

  • Manage & support current resellers and maximize their sales
  • Expand the distribution network
  • Develop new key partnership

You will be able to offer innovative products and services including :

  • Vanadium Redox Flow batteries
  • Last generation of LFP industrial batteries
  • Hydrogen solutions
  • Energy trading services

You will also help your customers through key advices on energy transition :

  • Advice customers in their energy transition both in terms of production and storage
  • Select the products and solutions to lead to the ideal energy transition : Vanadium Redox Flow batteries, Lithium batteries, PV, charging stations, hydrogen solutions, wind turbines, …
  • Help to increase their return thanks to energy trading services

As part of your mission, you will significantly contribute to the energy transition for your customers :

  • Reduce energy costs significantly
  • Move towards energy independence to reduce the impact of rising electricity prices (+39% between Dec. 2015 and Dec. 2023 according to the CREG)
  • Reduce carbon footprint
  • Contribute to Corporate Social Responsibility

3. Who are we looking for ?

  • Passionate Account Manager
  • Willing to help customers, offer great service and maximize sales
  • Ideally fluent in Dutch and French. Speaking English is clearly a plus.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience
  • Good understanding of the energy sector
  • Knowledge of some electricity basics
  • Able to calculate return on investments and impact on carbon footprint
  • Autonomous & Flexible
  • Positive can do attitude
  • Willing to work in a growing company
